There is a popular saying in Nigeria, "If you arrive in a country and you don't find a Nigerian there, flee!" Obviously, Nigerians can be found in almost all of the 195 countries of the world, so relax, and be sure that they are bringing along their unique delicacies.
At every event, Nigerians must showcase their delicious dishes as a sign of good fortune. If you've never been to one of their events, well here are some of the treats you should expect to find on the Nigerian menus.
For this special occasion we will be celebrating my friend Toby's birthday, she loves birthdays and takes her time to celebrate not just hers, but everyone's birthday she knows.

My friend, Mo on the other hand loves Thanksgiving, as a matter of fact, every year she sends us a video of the Nigerian delicacies she and her family will enjoy, it is a big highlight in our friendship, she doesn't know this though. Now, this is a speck of what to expect;
Alright, Buks is the one that most of us want to hang around during games night, and this menu proves that she not only wins in games, but also in the kitchen. After all, she did get a perfect score in our herbs and spice riddles.
