I personally enjoy the finer things in life. The finer things namely; food, sleep, good conversations, sometimes a certain kind of gossip (very unhealthy by the way), and of course cleaning my house.
Okay, fine everything mentioned seems pretty simple enough, but technical. You know what? Here's a good segue into who this simplicity most reminds me of; Chef Bruno Albouze.
The best kind of food is savory, sorry it's true. This chef is the best at this art, he pairs it finely with his impeccable skill of making the sweetest desserts. Don't believe me?
So, Albouze is French like Gusteau but lives in California and he does not waste this opportunity, he fuses the summery citruses and vegetables of the Californian climate into his French cuisines. What is most satisfying about his craft is that the man does not waste food. Goodness! have you seen those videos that chefs are not scraping the last oil out of the pan? Not Bruno, Bruno accounts for every grain of flour, he uses the best ingredients like the best French chefs do, and the freshness of the nuts, vegetables and grains seriously shine through.
He has the cheeriest personality that glows in his epic facial expressions and during the trainings those looks are hilarious and useful for struggling students, well the fact that he is easy-on-the-eyes helps too. During his $14.99 online classes, you can see his passion in the delicacies, the fun people have and the engagements he has with everyone is magnifeko! Totally worth it.
Okay, okay, it can't all be great, right? Well his ridiculously fast-tracked YouTube videos, are incoherent sometimes, if you are not paying attention you'll get lost, but it's just a gimmick to join the classes. Oh well, nothing is really free, is it?
