Nagi Maehashi: Dozer and The Edited Videos
Nagi Maehashi, first of all beautiful name, the New York Times Bestseller Chef captured my heart early 2023 when I watched her jumping in celebration after receiving recognition for her cookbook. I observed her YouTube channel grow from about 3000 subscribers to currently over 500,000 subs in months, I mean, she is kicking it right into the net, but she's not doing it alone, oh no, Dozer the tucks wearing food taster is always by her side. The duo entertain viewers daily on her channel and I don't miss an episode.

She has been very clever and strategic in growing her YouTube channel using short videos with HD consciousness. She pulls recipes out of her cookbook, RecipeTin Eats Dinner, although it ends with "dinner", there are many recipes that are made for other times of the day and seasons. Take her succulent and delicate Mango pancakes, it's ripen mango and soft cream wrapped in crepe, but I'll tell you what, those chicken fricassee and her coq au vin were the dishes that locked me into the YouTube channel. The video editing is perfect, the steps to prepare the foods are clear and simple to follow.
Nagi is obviously a chef to keep looking out for on YouTube since she and Dozer keep churning out the most sumptuous looking meals. The Australian chef is the blog creator of RecipeTin Eats where you can never be starved of recipes. She also entertains guests, so be sure to look her up the next time you visit Melbourne.
